Very pleasant stay. Good breakfast and dinner buffet. Will stay again next time when around that area.

I liked the staff, they were friendly and knew how to provide the best service. Though the location of the hotel is in the industrial area, there are restaurants and a convenient store just across the hotel. And the concierge could always request for grab cars if you need to go to Siracha center or elsewhere.

I am more of a city/town center person, so probably the location.

This is not the first time i stayed at this hotel. The hotel is always clean, rooms are very cleen and the bast thing about this hotel is the bed its too comfterble that you just want to stay in bed. This time that i stayed i meet some off the workers that tryed to do everything to make us happy so i want to say thank you : แบ้ง Bank  lounge supeviser Bearry Guest Service Agent King Duty manager Tarn Guest Service Agent The pool is very nice and i really like the gym at this hotel. The hotel gave us until 15:00 to check out becase we came back in the morning. That was verynice of them. King the gast service Agent halped me order flowers for my husbend and all the time just tryed to make us happy. When the flowers came they even gave us a chocklet cake on the hous and came 3 peaple to give it to us. The restaurant workers and menager have a lot to lern about costomer service Thank you so much to the front dask that were always trying to make us happy.

unfortunately this time that i was there the service at the restaurant was not good at all. On the first day: Breakfast ends at 10 o'clock. I arrived twenty minutes to ten to eat after the hotel resption called the restaurant to inform them that I was on my way up to eat . when I arrived at the restaurant the worker made sure to show me her clock and tell me that they close at 10. It's really not fun to pay 500 baht and then they tell you that you simply don't have time to eat so you have to hurry. The breakfast has an excellent selection, but the eggs are cold and prepared ahead of time. There is an option to ask the cook to prepare eggs for you on the spot, but because I knew I didn't have time, I ate cold so i can finish eating before ten. I went to do the check in for the room and then came back to the pool and restaurant. What ever i wanted to order i always needed to go myself and ast for it becase no one was tring to take care of me and no one did not even look my way to see if i need anything. After a few houers my family came and we moved from the pool to seat at the restaurant so we can eat togther. We went closer to the workers and still i needed to get up everytime any member off my family wanted somthing elce to order. The service was so bad comper to the last time i stayed at the hotel. At the next day i tryed brackfast again and what a surprise.. nothing chainged and ever wors then it was. I had a lot off time becase i went to eat around 8 a.m I asked for fresh hot eags benedict and i got coled ones. I asked again for hot ones and i was waiting mor then 25 minits for that.. awwww i forgot to say i didnt get them at all. I just eat a bit offcorse payed 500 thb but got nothing back for that. Everything was not good compere to the first time that i stayed and they really cared about there costomers. Im not sure i will go back there again even if they give me free brakfast.

Very pleasant hotel right I the centre of the industrial Ao Udom hub. Access to nearby smaller restaurants. Room was exceptional with a separate bedroom / kitchenette & dining.

The only real beef is access to the front door during busy times or large groups in attendance - difficult and often impossible. hotel parking is a drama - found the entire parking building was full and nowhere for overflow.

Great views from the modern, clean and comfortable room. Nice large bathroom. Adequate gym to workout next to the pool with stunning views from the eighth floor. The breakfast is excellent, fantastic choice and quality

Everything really good

New and clean hotel. Staffs were super friendly. Good quality with varieties of breakfast. Located next to small community mall with convenient store and restaurants.

There was smell in the toilet, other than that the room is good.

Great New Hotel in very good area and no to far from Pattaya beach area and close to the university , will visit again soon

I liked the location of the property, which is so convenience because it’s near by Kasetsart University, Si Racha and Laem Chabang.

Problem solving, I found hotel’s staff cannot find room reservation from booking.com interface so I had to wait their staff to find a new available room around 2 hours and then they provided me a wrong bed room (Twin bed room) but I booked a king bed room. Their staff tried to convince me accepting Twin bed room. Why do I have to accept and agree what I don’t want or expect?
